About these terms
These terms describe how Advanced Subscription & Membership Platform accounts, per-creator memberships, and Stripe billing work. They are product documentation, not legal advice.
1. Overview
These terms govern the use of Advanced Subscription & Membership Platform for all digital creators, educators, and subscribers. By accessing the platform, you agree to comply with these foundational terms and understand that this is a premium managed membership environment.
2. Account Responsibilities
Users must maintain the security of their accounts and passwords. Advanced Subscription & Membership Platform is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence. Creators are responsible for the content they publish and must ensure they hold appropriate rights.
3. Creator Content
Creators retain full ownership of the videos, articles, and PDF, ZIP, or RAR files they upload. Advanced Subscription & Membership Platform acts as the hosting and access management infrastructure. Content must comply with our community guidelines and not violate any laws.
4. Subscriber Access
Subscribers receive access to a creator's content based on their membership with that creator (Free, Basic, or Premium). Paid cancellations keep access until the billing period ends. A membership that missed a payment still grants access while Stripe retries the charge. Access ends when the period expires or the membership is fully cancelled.
5. Subscription Plans
Creators have the right to define the pricing, billing frequency, and specific content assigned to their subscription tiers. Advanced Subscription & Membership Platform reserves the right to modify platform-level features included in these tiers with prior notice.
6. Payments And Renewals
All payments are processed securely via our payment partners (Stripe). Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis. It is the subscriber's responsibility to ensure payment methods are valid to avoid uninterrupted access.
7. Cancellations
Subscribers may cancel a recurring plan at any time through billing. Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. Creators manage their own plans and content; deleting a creator workspace cancels member subscriptions on Stripe.
8. Restricted Use
Users may not reverse engineer the platform, distribute malware, scrape content, or use Advanced Subscription & Membership Platform for illegal purposes. Violation of these restricted uses will result in immediate permanent account termination without refund.
9. Platform Changes
We continuously improve Advanced Subscription & Membership Platform and may modify or discontinue features, tools, or analytics over time. We will provide reasonable advance notice for any major changes that impact creator revenue or subscriber access.
